Senior Executive Experience at the Ministry of Health

With a legal career spanning nearly 40 years, including over three decades at the Ministry of Health, Mr. Al-Musaytir has held several senior positions, including:

• Advisor to the Minister of Health
• General Supervisor of the Legal Affairs Department
• Official Legal Representative of the Ministry before judicial bodies

He has personally led some of the most complex legal files, including regulatory violations, domestic and international legal disputes, contracts, and compensation cases.

Key Contributor to the Development of Health Regulations

Mr. Al-Musaytir played an active role in drafting and updating Saudi Arabia’s health and pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks. Key laws he contributed to include:

• Health Professions Practice Law
• Private Health Institutions Law
• Pharmaceutical Establishments and Products Law
• Health Insurance Law
• Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Law
